TOQUE D'OR COMPETITION
The
premium Nestle Toque d'Or competition is the ultimate
in Catering College Competitions involving 6 students
(4 cooks and 2 front of house) agreeing on a restaurant
concept to implement in a realistic workable situation.
In the qualification stages college students are invited
to submit a paper entry detailing every aspect of their
chosen restaurant concept from costing to soft furnishings
to designing the restaurant signature dishes utilising
Nestle products. Lewisham
College Level 3 Professional Cookery students successfully
entered the competition and competed in the group stages
winning several of the prize categories. View image
