The Rt Hon Charles Clarke MP former Secretary of State for Education and Skills formally launched the London East Hospitality CoVE at ‘The Cinnamon Club’ on the 8th November 2004. The London East CoVE is a partnership between Lewisham College, Redbridge College and HCTC. The CoVE partners have been recognized by the government and the LSC for their excellent facilities, the variety of hospitality and catering expertise and the skills and commitment to training.Guests from industry included Conran restaurants, DeVere Hotels, Searcys, Tate Catering and Restaurant Associates. The event was well supported by the public sector with representatives from LSC, People 1st, Savoy Trust , HCIMA and Springboard. click image for description
